The rates for registration (UK Pounds) are listed below.
Early Registration
Before 10th July, 2011, 23:59 (11:59pm) Hawaii time

•Regular Registration: £220 (aprox $350 or €250)

•Student Registration: £140 (aprox $225 or €160)
Standard Registration
After 10th July, 2011, 23:59 (11:59pm) Hawaii time

•Regular Registration: £280 (aprox $450 or €315)

•Student Registration: £200 (aprox $320 or €225)
Students must send by e-mail a proof of enrolment to T.R.Payne@liverpool.ac.uk
All registrations include one ticket for the conference banquet; should you require further tickets then these can be purchased during the registration phase.
