Hotels, Accommodation and Rates

There are a large number of hotels across the city, including a number of serviced apartments, Bed and Breakfasts, and Hostels.  Agreements already exist with several hotels in the area, offering discounted rooms.  The hotels listed below will be offered to delegates, with conference rates agreed, and all are within a few minutes walking distance from the conference venue.  However, many other hotels can be found by using various accommodation websites, or using brokers such as Expotel.


Main Accommodation - The LIner at Liverpool

Estimated Cost per delegate: £ 56 (single room) - £70 (double room)

The Liner Hotel Liverpool is situated in the heart of Liverpool City Centre within walking distance of Liverpool Lime Street Station and all major City attractions such as St Georges Hall, Walker Art Gallery, Empire Theatre and Liverpool One Shopping district. Exclusive Accommodation  - Hope Street Hotel

Voted by Conde Nast Traveller as one of the ‘World's 50 Coolest Hotels’, Hope Street Hotel was built and designed by an independent Liverpool team. Renovated from the shell of a Venetian style warehouse in Liverpool’s fashionable Georgian district, the hotel is set between the city's two cathedrals; surrounded by its universities, theatres and concert hall.

Hope Street Hotel has 89 rooms (9 of them suites) with stunning views over the city. The style is contemporary and modern but with a natural, organic feel. Alternative Accommodation - Holiday Inn Liverpool

Estimated Cost per delegate: £ 70-90

The Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre is Liverpool’s most centrally located hotel, situated directly opposite Lime Street Main Line train station for easy access into the city by train and if travelling by road, the hotel can be found by following signs to Lime Street Main station, discounted car parking is adjoining the hotel.  The 139 Bedrooms all have en-suite facilities, air-conditioning, HSIA and pay to view movies. There is a mixture of twin bedded and double rooms to accommodate families of up to 2 adults and 2 children. The Presidential Suite with a lounge area, separate dinning/kitchen and Jacuzzi bathroom is on the 9th floor with views across the city.

The hotels bar and restaurant has stunning views of the city's greatest architectural wonders including St George's Hall, Museum of Liverpool and Lever Art Gallery.
